Musical Encounter at St. Agnes
Saturday, June 27th, 2026, at 6:30 PM, following the 5:00 PM Mass.
———
Read below a note from Father Juan Carlos Paguaga, our Pastor, inviting all to attend.
Dear Friends,
Blessings!
Please mark your calendars for a special evening of music, gratitude, and celebration on Saturday, June 27, 2026, immediately following the 5:00 PM Vigil Mass.
As part of the nationwide commemoration of the 250th Anniversary of American Independence, St. Agnes Parish is pleased to host a patriotic musical presentation in English honoring our nation's history, heritage, and the many blessings of freedom that we enjoy as Americans.
This special concert has been thoughtfully prepared by our Music Director, Darleen Trujillo, and will feature inspiring music that celebrates faith, gratitude, and love of country.
Admission is free, and we warmly encourage all parishioners, families, friends, and neighbors to attend. I would especially like to invite all of our parish ministries and organizations to come together for this memorable event. Throughout the years, I have often said, "Together We Are St. Agnes." This concert offers us a wonderful opportunity to gather as one parish family, celebrate our faith, strengthen our bonds of community, and give thanks to Almighty God for the many blessings He has bestowed upon our nation.
While all are welcome, this concert has been designed primarily for adults and for those who wish to enjoy an evening of attentive listening and reflection. Families are certainly welcome; however, we kindly ask parents to use prudent judgment regarding younger children and to ensure that all who attend are able to remain quiet and attentive throughout the performance. This will help preserve the atmosphere of the event and allow everyone to fully appreciate this special musical tribute.
As we celebrate this important anniversary, may the words "In God We Trust" remain not only our national motto but also a conviction deeply rooted in our hearts. May we never cease to thank God for the gift of freedom and pray for His continued guidance and protection over our nation.
May God bless America, and may He continue to guide us in liberty, justice, faith, and peace.
