A New Academic Year 2026–2027

Dear St. Agnes Family,

Blessings!

With grateful hearts, we prepare to begin another academic year at St. Agnes Catholic Academy.

A new school year brings excitement, expectations, new friendships, challenges, and many opportunities to grow. Classrooms are prepared, teachers and staff are ready, and soon our campus will once again be filled with the voices, energy, and joy of our children.

Above all, we begin this year with gratitude to God.

We thank Him for every student entrusted to our care, for their parents and families, for our faculty, administration, and staff, and for all those who work faithfully to make the mission of Catholic education possible at St. Agnes.

Our theme for this academic year is:

“Let Peace Begin.”

Our world desperately needs peace, but Christian peace does not begin somewhere far away. It begins within the human heart. It begins when we allow Christ to guide our words, our decisions, and the way we treat one another. It grows when we choose patience over anger, understanding over judgment, forgiveness over resentment, and kindness over indifference.

This is the environment we desire for every child entrusted to us.

We want our students to receive an excellent academic education, discover their gifts, think critically, work hard, and prepare well for the future. But as a Catholic community, our mission goes much deeper.

The mission of St. Agnes Catholic Academy is to provide our students with strong Catholic values and academic excellence while inspiring them to live their Catholic faith and to be lifelong learners.

At the heart of that mission is our motto, JOY:

Jesus first.

Others second.

Yourself last.

JOY is more than a slogan. It is a way of life that reminds us to keep Christ at the center, to serve one another, and to look beyond ourselves.

We want our children not only to learn about Jesus, but to know Him, love Him, and follow Him. We want them to understand that faith is not reserved only for Sunday Mass, but should shape the way we study, work, speak, forgive, serve, and live every day.

St. Agnes Catholic Academy is one of the largest and most important ministries of our parish, and its mission belongs to all of us.

I ask our entire parish family to pray for our students, parents, teachers, administration, and staff. Catholic education is strongest when parents and guardians, faculty, clergy, staff, and parish community walk together, each embracing our responsibility and supporting one another in a common mission.

Many of our parishioners have had children or grandchildren at St. Agnes, and you know how deeply this ministry has touched generations of families.

As we begin the 2026–2027 academic year, may peace truly begin in our hearts, our homes, our classrooms, and throughout our parish community.

May God bless our students, our families, our faculty, administration, and staff, and may He bless our entire St. Agnes family.
